In this workshop, you will experience the combination of integrative breathwork and creative expression as portals to access your creative life forces and power. You will discover your unique gifts and how they essentially contribute to the collective purpose. Through personal and collective creations, you will further discover yourself, the bond you share, and the common threads that connect you to each other. You will deepen your sense of trust and capacity to communicate from heart-to-heart while listening to each other unconditionally. You will reinforce your strengths, and enjoy creating and playing together.
